With the new academic year getting into full swing, the TennisRecruiting.net machine is busy compiling the Star Ratings for 2009-10. While it is important to know how many stars everyone has earned this past year, we take time out today for a regular website feature - the Prince Hot 100.

Each month, the Prince Hot 100 features junior players who have been playing great tennis - and winning matches against quality competition. These September lists feature the one hundred boys and girls who most improved their rankings during August 2009.
