TOURNAMENTS
This past weekend, I played my first ITA tournament at A&M. In my first round, I played the number 3 seed girl from St.Mary's College in San Antonio. I won my first round defeating her 6-3, 6-3. My second round, I played the number 6 seed who attended a college in Hawaii. I was shocked when she told me she was the number 6th seed. I was beat 6-0, 6-0. I played my best and I was glad to have played her. She was very challenging.
I did play doubles. I didn't know anyone who was playing in the same tournament, so they fixed me up with a Lauren Pick who is going to be attending Colorado State University. She is an amazing player and I was glad to have played with her. We won the consolation in doubles defeating 2 teams from Lee and others.

HIGH SCHOOL
I am going to be a Senior at Naaman Forest High School. This coming year will be my 4th year on the varsity tennis team. My Freshman year, I was the number one seed. My sophomore year I was the number two seed, but won all of my matches. I feel it is better to be number 2 and win all of the matches that come at me, than being number 1 and losing most of the matches, like the number 1 seed did that year. Junior year, I regained that number one spot. Hopefully, this year as a senior i will keep my number one seed spot.

TENNIS CAMPS
The only tennis camp that I've attended was the A&M tennis camp. I was 10 years old. I would love to attend another one soon.
