Rachana Bhat's tennis goals have always been simple: try to win as many matches as possible, never dwell on the past, and keep focused on the future and the opportunities it presents. Playing for the sheer joy of competition and pushing herself in every match certainly has paid off - she developed skills, habits, discipline and an unrelenting will to overcome her opponents. These are among the reasons New Mexico signed her to a National Letter of Intent.
