USTA Kalamazoo Photos

The #20 seed emerged victorious at the USTA Boys' 18 Championships in Kalamazoo, Mich., claiming the coveted trophy and a wildcard entry into the US Open main draw. Matthew Forbes of Raleigh, N.C., who had struggled earlier in the summer, triumphed in the four-set final against Jack Kennedy from Huntington, N.Y. In the 16s division, Gus Grummet from Mill Valley, Calif., won the championship, defeating Arin Pallegar of Granite Bay, Calif., in three sets. Photographer Bill Kallenberg of CapturedInAction.com covered the entire week. Story
