UW-Whitewater has only lost one conference dual match in the past six seasons winning five WIAC final four tournaments.
Post Season Highlights
UW-Whitewater has made four consecutive NCAA tournament appearances making the sweet sixteen in 2007 and the round of 32 in 2008, 2009, and 2010.
Tournament Highlights
At the 2010 ITA MIdwest regional UWW advanced 4 players to the round of sixteen in the 128 singles draw (more than any other school). Jake Macey advanced to the quarter-finals while Byron Balkin made it to the singles final after knocking of the #1 seed. In the ITA regional doubles draw of 64 it was an all UWW affair. They had 4 teams reach the quarter-finals and 3 of the 4 semifinalist were UWW. Macey/Scanlan beat team-mates Bayliss/Osborne in the final. This qualified Macey/Scanlan to advance to the national tournament final rounds in Mobile, Alabama.
Individual Achievements
After the fall of 2010, the team has several players ranked. Byron Balkin (#4 region/#18 nation), Jake Macey (#11 region/#42 nation), and Andrew Bayliss (#25 region) all are ranked by the ITA in singles. In doubles three teams are ranked: Macey/Erik Scanlan (#2 region/#8 nation), Bayliss/Mitch Osborne (#4 region/#18 nation), and Balkin/Will Krieger (#9 region).

Macey/Scanlan acheived automatic All American Status by winning the ITA regional doubles title in the fall of 2010.

In the spring of 2010, Kelvin Caiati and Danny Glinert were ranked as high as #1 in the Central Region doubles ITA rankings.

Alex Lowe was named Academic All-American for honoring him for his acheivements for the 2008-09 season.
Coaching Achievements
Coach Barnes has been honored with the following awards/honors:

USPTR member of the year in Wisconsin 2009
PTR national college coach of the year 2010
USTA Midwest Section Community Service Award 2006
USTA's Wisconsin Rollie Mueller Presidents Award 2006
K-Swiss National Pro of the Year 2001, 2002
Serves as chair on the men's ITA regional ranking committee, is on both men's and women's ITA regional tournament committees, and the WTA collegiate committee.
Currently the Junior District Cup (formerly Jr Davis Cup) team coach for Wisconsin 12 and under boys/girls
