The fourth-seeded Dolinsky (Brooklyn, New York) beat No. 7 Alexander Anderson (Davis, California) 6-3, 6-1 in the singles title match at Westgate Tennis Center.
He later paired up with Kensho Ford (Los Angeles, California) as the seventh-seeded duo outlasted No. 8 Joaquin Hernandez (Cornelius, North Carolina) and Trishiv Premanand (Cary, North Carolina) 7-6 (7-4), 2-6, 6-3.
"During the final, I kept him off balance and I took my opportunities when I had them," said Dolinsky of his singles championship matchup. "My game plan for the whole tournament was not giving up any free points and fighting for everything. And I never game up."
