Rudy Quan has done it again.

The top-seeded Quan captured the USTA Boys 12 National Hard Court Championships with a 6-2, 6-1 victory over No. 5 Dylan Charlap at the Mobile Tennis Center in Mobile, Alabama. Quan garnered his fifth national singles title in a row. It also marked the fifth straight national event where he did not drop a set in the process.

“I enjoy playing tennis,” Quan said, when asked how he stays so focused. “I play one match at a time and just try to relax and have fun. Every match is different. I play my game and try my best in every match.”

The latest titles for the Sacramento, California resident occurred at the USTA Boys 12s Clays, when he emerged as both the singles and doubles champion. His earlier success was at Winter Nationals, the National Level 2 Tournament, and the coveted Easter Bowl.
