Played singles for St. Francis High School in Sacramento as freshman and sophomore Section Doubles Finalist as Freshman player and Section Doubles Champion as Sophomore player. Helped lead team to league and section titles as freshman and sophomore. All-metro first team doubles, Sacramento Bee, as freshman and sophomore player.
