TOURNAMENTS
Dakota has played in junior tournaments since 2011 and has had success in growing as a player. He generally plays in 4-6 tournaments a year. He also has played in family tournaments competing with mom and dad in doubles play. He is scheduled to compete in more tournaments in 2015.
HIGH SCHOOL
13 year old 7th grader, Dakota Cundiff is the first middle schooler in the history of Gaston Christian Varsity Tennis team to win his singles line that helped the Varsity Tennis Team win the MAC conference championship. Dakota was also the MAC conference champ at line 4 singles.
Dakota has been playing tennis since 2011 and played both singles and doubles for both the Gaston Christian Middle School and Varsity Tennis team this year. As a 7th grader he worked his way up the Varsity Team ladder all season by defeating upper classmen to play singles line 6 and eventually earning his permanent seat at singles line 4 for the MAC Tournament. Dakota was awarded by Coach Avant the Christian Character Varsity Tennis Team Award for 2015.
TENNIS CAMPS
Dakota attends local tennis camps each summer hosted by coaches Hank and Sharon Avants out of the Racquet Club, Gastonia, NC.
