TOURNAMENTS
My freshman year, while playing at a USTA tournament in Tampa in September, I tore my ACL in my right leg. After having surgery that November and the subsequent 8 months of physical therapy, I started training again. However, when I was about to be fully cleared by my doctor to play tournaments, I discovered a "ball-shaped" lump on my ankle. This "lump" raised concerns, so I had surgery to extract it in September of my sophomore year. Luckily, it was solely a benign tumor, yet its extraction caused a ligament in my ankle to be torn. As a result, I returned to physical therapy for a few months. But, I was determined to play on my school's varsity tennis team in January, and I did. Our team made it to the semifinals of Florida's state championships in our division. Unfortunately, however, while at a tournament in Sarasota in July (the summer going into my junior year) I tore my left ACL. I underwent surgery on August 29, and after months of rehab, I am on the road to recovery.

Therefore, I have not been able to play many tournaments during my high school career.

HIGH SCHOOL
My sophomore year, I played as the number three player, and our team won districts, regionals, and made it to the semifinals of states.

ACADEMY
I have trained at Gildemeister Tennis Academy since the 8th grade.
