Spring Signing Week '15: Pomona Power - Kim Signs with Sagehens
There were no fancy academies or marathon practices. There were no 10-and-under tournaments or tennis camps. Instead, Joy Kim of Van Nuys, Calif., took a slow and steady approach on her road to a college tennis career. Her story culminated during her junior year when - after making eight unofficial trips to various schools - she decided on Pomona College in nearby Claremont.
