Roundtable: Setting College Doubles Pairings
Doubles often sets the tone for college dual matches. In the NCAA Division I, whichever team wins two of three doubles matches gains one point. Division III teams, on the other hand, can take a 3-0 lead by sweeping the doubles. Regardless of the scoring format, doubles teams are an important part of the season. We put the question to a panel of coaches: What factors go into setting your doubles pairings? How much do you change your pairings throughout the year?

Eudice Chong, Skyler Butts Claim Division III Singles Titles in Kalamazoo
Claremont-Mudd-Scripps senior Skyler Butts had to deal with hundreds of his opponent's fans roaring on every point. Wesleyan sophomore Eudice Chong had to face the only player who had beaten her in Division III competition. But both took advantage of their experience in the big moment to claim the 2016 NCAA Division III singles titles last Saturday at Kalamazoo College's Stowe Stadium.
Bowdoin Men and Emory Women Claim NCAA Team Titles
The NCAA Division III team championships at Kalamazoo College displayed two sides of college tennis, producing an improbable champion in the Bowdoin men and a favored champion in the Emory women.
